``Chiebijin'' is a ``drink for meals'' made with exquisite balance. It has a moderately sweet taste and has various flavor elements, so it can harmonize with dishes and enhance them. Among the flavor elements at Chiebijin, the one that is important as a sake to accompany meals is acid.
