Built on Over 15 Years of Sake Work

Koji grew through steady relationships with brewers across Japan. Years of visiting their breweries, learning their methods, and earning their trust shaped how we select and serve sake in the Philippines.

A Purity-Forward Philosophy

Junmai means sake made only with rice, water, yeast, and koji. No alcohol added. No extra elements. We focus on Junmai because it shows the clarity of the craft and the intent of the brewer. This guides what we select and how we serve it.
