At Koji, we focus on sake in its purest form: Junmai. Brewed with only rice, water, yeast, and koji, these sakes reflect the essence of craftsmanship—no additives, no shortcuts. We’ve spent over 15 years growing sake in the Philippines—introducing bottles, guiding pairings, and building quiet momentum around a category that was once unfamiliar to many.
